Welcome to Superninja. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to misuse the site, attempt to break it, or interfere with other customers.

2. Products and pricing

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We try to show colours and sizes accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences can occur.
• We may change prices, or withdraw a product, at any time before an order is confirmed.
• If we spot a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. See theLegal information page for shipping and returns details.

5. Returns and refunds

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the return.

6. Intellectual property

All logos, artwork, text, and images on this site belong to Superninja or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Superninja is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
